The Ramapo Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 1st phase of construction, completed in 2016, involved the addition of a new 2,500 sf Entry Lobby and Office addition to the front of the existing
building as well as miscellaneous renovations throughout the existing facility. These included a total rework of the existing demolished administrative offices as well as resident room, nurses station and
corridor and miscellaneous dining and office renovations. Also included were major renovations to the front facade inlcuding a new covered seating and walkway portico and patient drop-off which created
a new residential image for the overall community. Major site improvements included landscaping, a fountain feature, site lighting and A.D.A. upgrades thoughout. Project team consisted of Sparaco Civil
Engineers, William Wladyka & Martarano Engineering MEP Engineering and Larson Design, Structural Engineering. Contractors TCR Consulting & ICON Interiors.
