Project consisted of 4 new student dormitory buildings with a total 142 dormitory Units and central Community Building with Student lounge and recreation areas on the first floor and fitness areas on the 2nd floor for College Communities. Project Team consisted of C2C Civil & Architectural Engineering, Barry Isett, Structural Engineering, Haller MEP Engineering.
NORTHAMPTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE – RELOCATED KITCHEN and NEW COUNSELING OFFICE SUITE RENOVATIONS

•NEW STUDENT CAREER COUNSELING OFFICE SUITE RENOVATIONS for NCC, Project Architects, Project involved the total demolition of the existing kitchen areas and equipment in order to create a 2,460 sf suite of twelve new counselingoffices, support spaces, main entry and reception/waiting area off of the main entrance hallway of the College Center. ProjectTeam consisted of HB Engineers, MEP Engineering, Barry Isett,Structural Engineering. CMG of Easton G.C.& AtlanticEquipment Kitchen Contractor.
•NEW SECOND FLOOR RELOCATED KITCHEN for NCC, Project ArchitectsConversion of the existing dining areas at the existing 2nd floor dining and serving area of the CollegeCenter for NCC. Project involved the total demolition of the existing kitchen areas at the first floor tomake room for new student career counseling Office suite and renovation of a new 3,180 sf kitchen tothe 2nd floor existing dining area adjacent to the main serving areas. The entire project required anaggressive fast-tracked schedule once contract bid and awarded to CMG Construction in order to gainsubstantial completion during the Universities summer break and get the kitchen and dining areas backup and running. Project Team consisted of HB Engineers, MEP Engineering, Barry Isett, StructuralEngineering. CMG of Easton G.C. & Atlantic Equipment Kitchen Contractor.
